Meet the Teacher
Hello! My name is Amy Taff and this will be my
fourteenth year teaching at Britt David. I taught third grade for thirteen years at Britt David and absolutely loved it, but I am so happy about being a fourth grade teacher...especially being able to move up with many of my students from last year. This is such a special experience, and I could not be happier about spending another year with this amazing group of kids!
My family traveled to Yellowstone National Park this summer and we had a fabulous time! I wanted to share some photos from our vacation with you. My husband's name is James and our two children are Trey and Madison. You'll also see a picture of our cat, Garfield, and our puppy, Bernie!
Teaching Background
I received a bachelor's degree from Columbus State University in Early Childhood Education and a master's degree in Elementary Education from Troy State University. This will be my nineteenth year of teaching.
It is my mission to provide your child with a safe and secure learning environment so that your child can learn to his/her fullest potential. Our class will work together as a team to encourage and motivate each other to strive to do our very best.
